Description of KIAI
KIAI is the SHOUT that we do in Karate.
The shout is anything(not swearing or the word "kiai")
We SHOUT(KIAI) when we:-
- Get into a stance
- Punch or Kick
- Turn (MAWATTE)
- In KATA practice
