Lesson Reminders-Pinan nidan Kata Notes

Nidan actually means 'Second', however it is trained as the first Pinan Kata because of the more advanced techniques that are introduced in Pinan Shodan.This KATA makes the student work on Balance, Timing and Coordination .
If only one hand is mentioned, the other hand is pulled back onto the hip. Also, unless otherwise mentioned, all junsuki's are at the chudan,solar plexis level.
